Liberata has had a long and successful strategic relationship with the London Borough of Bromley since 2002. During the lifetime of the contract, Liberata has taken on additional services and expanded our finance and HR services to schools.

With a budget of £14.6m Burnley Council in Lancashire provide services to a population of 87,000. Liberata’s partnership with Burnley began in 2016 and runs for 10 years.
With a budget of £21m, Pendle Borough Council in Lancashire provide services to a population of 90,000. Liberata has been working in partnership with Pendle Council since 2005 and a new contract sees this continuing to 2030.

Redcar and Cleveland Council The council were already in partnership with Liberata to deliver Revenue and Benefits processing services and decided to extend that work to incorporate Customer Services.
