Working with Trade Unions
Liberata’s commitment to our employees is demonstrated by the close relationships we have developed with trade unions.
The Partnership at Work agreement was signed with UNISON in 1999 and has since been reviewed and revised to adopt a more proactive and groundbreaking approach to the relationship. These revisions include a transparent pay system and the Code of Practice on Workforce Matters.
This partnership has helped us to build an exceptionally close working relationship with UNISON. We actively support UNISON in recruiting new members and have worked collaboratively on several UNISON projects, including co-presenting on partnership working to UNISON’s sister German trade union Ver.di.
Within the financial services sector we have fostered similarly close working relationships with trade union representatives to ensure that the transfer of employees to Liberata is handled in a carefully managed and proactive way.
We believe that we are the only organisation in the market to work with trade unions in this way. |
