Our TUPE Experience

Liberata has an excellent and detailed understanding of the requirements of the Acquired Rights Directive, having to date, successfully transferred over 3,500 employees under the TUPE regulations on some 30 occasions. This has enabled us to develop tried and tested methodologies for integrating new employees seamlessly into the Company.
