Dermot is the Chief Executive of Liberata and is a main Board member of the group. He is responsible for all aspects of the operations of the business, its financial success and the quality of services provided to customers.

With more than 20 years experience, Dermot is an accomplished leader with deep expertise of successfully growing businesses in the business processing outsourcing (BPO) and government services sectors. He joined Liberata on 14 September 2009, from Serco Group's Civil Government business where he was Chief Operating Officer. Previously he was Executive Director of the Commercial Services Division of Capita Group, which included both private and public sector BPO operations.

Dermot holds an undergraduate degree in Business Studies from the University of Limerick and an MBA from University College Dublin. He also has a MSc. in International Accounting and Finance from London School of Economics.

Martin is Liberata's Chief Financial Officer and a main Board member of the group. He qualified as a Chartered Accountant with Pricewaterhouse Coopers where he spent eleven years including secondments to NatWest and Clydesdale Bank.

He joined Liberata in January 2010 from QA-IQ Group, where he also held the role of Chief Financial Officer. Previously Martin held a number of senior management roles in Capita’s public sector, insurance and life and pensions businesses, including Chief Operating Officer, Managing Director, Commercial Director and Divisional Finance Director.

He holds an undergraduate degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from the University of Bath and is a Fellow of the Royal Society of Arts.

Lloyd is the Director of Local Government Business Group and is responsible for non-IT operational delivery across the company's service lines.

Lloyd joined Liberata in 2006 and was previously responsible for Performance Improvement, Programme Management and Procurement. He assumed his current position after running the company's Revenues and Benefits Shared Service operations. Before joining Liberata, he was the Director of Product Management and Operations for two international trade application service providers and Head of Strategy for S.W.I.F.T sc in Brussels.

Charlie is the Business Director for the Central Government Business Group with full P&L and operational responsibility for this group. 

Charlie joined the company in 2004 and has held a number of client facing and operational positions. As part of his current role he is leading the company’s efforts to develop and launch new automated payment and account services for the public sector.

Charlie holds a first class honours degree in Business Studies from De Montfort University and a Masters in Business Administration (MBA) from Harvard University.

Lee is the Managing Director of Listpoint. He joined from the Serco Group in February 2010, where he spent eight years in a number of senior roles. Most recently he was Business Development Director, Technology Services, for Serco Civil Government where he was integral to winning new contracts with a value of over £450 million in seven years.

Allan is Liberata's Director of Information Technology, having joined us in January 2011 from Capita. Allan has over 22 years experience leading and transforming IT functions and running major infrastructure and system integration programmes in both the public and private sectors.

During his tenure at Capita, Allan held a number of IT Director roles, including most recently running all the IT for Birmingham City Council. He also ran IT for part of Capita’s Life and Pensions Business, was responsible for divisional IT for Capita Commercial Services and ran IT for Capita Symonds, the facilities, design and construction business. His previous experience includes responsibility for the Global IT Infrastructure for British Technology Group PLC, who specialise in the commercialisation of intellectual property, and running IT operations for British Airways Holidays.
