CapacityGRID
The Capacity GRID™ is the next generation of shared services. It combines the benefits of insourcing, outsourcing and sharing without the challenges that have so often beset shared services over costs, timescales and staff relocation.
Local authorities can access on-demand service resilience by buying capacity from the GRID to meet peak demand or selling capacity to the GRID when work volumes dip.
The Capacity GRID was recently announced as winners of the Gold Award for ‘Excellence in Innovation’ at the 2011 IRRV Performance Awards.

Payment by Account
Payment by Account (PbA) is the new, innovative service launched in partnership with HM Courts & Tribunals service (HMCTS) to allow the electronic payment of Civil Court fees.
Along with many other benefits, PbA will improve the collection of fees for HMCTS, delivering a significant reduction in cheque processing and its associated banking costs.

It establishes the capability for open sharing and collaboration, organising all your data lists in one convenient, trusted and secure environment, wherever it is required.
It was originally developed in the Police sector to underpin the Police National Database and enables the sharing of code lists through publishing, maintenance and distribution via both public and secure hosted platforms.
