Richard Webster, Acting Group CEO

Richard Webster joined Liberata in July 2007 from Transport for London where he served as Director of Finance for five years. Richard previously held a number of senior roles at Serco Group plc. Richard has worked as a qualified accountant for over 10 years, having qualified with CIPFA, the Chartered Institute of Public Finance and Accountancy, and the ACCA, the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants. He also has a Masters degree in Accountancy.

Clive Parminter, Executive Director

Clive joined Liberata in September 2006 and has specific responsibility for Business Development and new name sales. Clive has over 30 years experience in the industry. His first 19 years with IBM UK included a range of sales, sales management and general management appointments, followed by senior roles at Oracle, Information Builders and Veritas. Clive is a graduate of Georgia State University, USA.
