Liberata’s Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiative aims to create sustainable policies that enhance the opportunities and well-being of our employees, customers, shareholders, suppliers and local communities. Our long-term aspiration is to become a leader in CSR using an incremental approach for the development of socially responsible policies. Our priorities include:

The management of our relationships with stakeholders (customers, suppliers, employees and the local communities that Liberata serves) will be underpinned by rigorous standards of ethical business conduct.

It is our goal to delight our customers by putting them at the heart of all developments and initiatives.

Investment in the Community

We are dedicated to working to create sustainable solutions for job creation, educational attainment and enhanced well-being for the communities in which we operate. We have developed a programme for students (the Student Placement Initiative), and a Modern Apprenticeship programme to help address the skills gap inherent in many who leave school at 16.
