Employee transfers

At Liberata, we understand that the transfer process itself is a cause of considerable concern for both the client and the outsourcing company. Therefore, we have developed a best practice approach to ensure that the transfer will be welcoming and motivating experience for the new employees. 

We have an excellent and detailed understanding of the requirements of the Acquired Rights Directive, having transferred almost 4000 employees under the TUPE regulations on more than 30 occasions. This process is supported by a comprehensive toolkit and suite of materials, designed to enable and support each step of the transition and integration process.
