At Liberata working to grow and nurture our own talent is an integral part of our corporate identity. We seek to support employees and provide them with the right skills and knowledge, and appropriate development opportunities to allow them to achieve their potential.

Our Learning and Development programme supports the diverse needs of our organisation and enables employees to take control of their own professional development through a range of activities.

E-learning activities

E-learning is a tool which enables employees to access learning tailored to their own personal development needs from leadership skills to core skills such as IT. Our employees are able to access on-line learning from work or at home, 24/7 with over 250 courses to choose from.

Mentors

At many of our Business Centres we operate a mentor scheme to support new employees or employees diversifying into a new area of the business.

Liberata Self-Development Library

We ensure that employees have access to a number of reference materials to support their continuous professional development.

Sponsorship of professional qualifications

Employees are encouraged to apply for sponsorship of professional qualifications such as the MBA, CIMA and CIPD. For those who require specialist training courses, we also offer continuous professional development in, for example, project management, ITIL and IRRV all delivered by our preferred training suppliers.

In addition to the above we also employ a large number of full-time trainers, providing a wide portfolio of classroom training across each of our Business Centres. Our in-house training portfolio focuses on technical training, aligned to our business processes.

All Liberata opportunities, including secondments, are advertised on our internal intranet system and office notice boards. We actively encourage employees to share with us if they are interested in working in another area of the business or at another location.
