Liberata named Accredited IT Department by the NCC
June 28, 2010
Liberata has been named as an Accredited IT Department by the National Computing Centre (NCC). The NCC is the UK’s leading IT membership organisation, serving corporate, vendor and government communities. A Moderator from the NCC praised Liberata in his report, stating:
“You might expect the IT department of an organisation that sells IT services to be good, and this is certainly the case for Liberata, in fact extremely good. They have demonstrated a very thorough, mature and robust approach to all aspects of IT service delivery. Apart from the issue of recruiting a Resource Manager (action in train), Liberata were easily able to provide comprehensive evidence of deployed good practice across the board- from risk management for swine flu, to exemplary supplier relations to IT integrated into business planning. What stands out is Liberata’s culture of internal communications which stimulates job ownership and translates into increased motivation to get the job done appropriately and correctly. The Assessor highlighted how efficient Liberata were on the assessment day in being able to both provide suitable evidence and talk knowledgeably about specific issues.”
