Liberata secures contract with Tendring District Council for off-site Benefit Services

Liberata has been awarded a contract with Tendring District Council for the provision of off-site Benefit Processing Services. This contract is testament to the success of Liberata’s recently implemented Virtual Resource Solutions (VRS) offering for Revenues & Benefits transactional processing, and will be managed from Liberata’s Barrow Business Centre.

Liberata’s VRS offering provides a range of flexible services and gives clients access to a national network of over 700 experienced Revenues and Benefit practitioners ensuring capacity and resilience when needed most.
