Liberata win consultancy agreement with local authority

Liberata has agreed a consultancy assignment with a leading local authority to develop an outline Target Operating Model and cost profile for their Revenues and Benefits service.

Liberata Regional Director, Vijay Chandiramani, said: “This is testimony to Liberata’s knowledge and best practice that has helped develop our virtual model over the years. This adds to our growing list of consultancy agreements that we have been winning with existing and new clients such as West Sussex County Council and the Local Government Association.”
