Liberata agrees contract with Northumberland Council

January 11, 2010

Liberata has signed a four-year framework agreement with Northumberland Council for the provision of additional processing capacity for Revenues and Benefits claims.

The arrangement is designed to provide the council with access to revenues and benefits services on a pay as you go basis. Northumberland Council has recently become a unitary council, which sees the merging of the County Council and five districts into a single authority.

This opportunity provides further evidence of the desire in the market for flexible and innovative solutions, providing best in class pricing through sharing in our high performing revenues and benefits capability.

Jason Fahy, Liberata Regional Director, said: “Northumberland Council’s agenda over the next few years is both exciting and challenging, and Liberata are proud to be supporting the council in maximising the opportunities within a unitary authority. The council’s requirement for a good quality and secure revenues and benefits service at an excellent price were an exact match to what can be offered by Liberata’s Virtual Resource Solutions.”
