Alan Dawson joins Liberata as Director of Business Transformation

Alan Dawson has been appointed as Director of Business Transformation for Liberata. Alan joins Liberata from Serco Group, where he held a similar role, and will report directly to Chief Executive Officer, Dermot Joyce.
 
Alan has an extensive background in business change and business improvement, having worked in a variety of FTSE companies over the last 15 years. He was Transformation & Operations Director for BT, held the position of Commercial Director at Capita, and was the Director of Operations for 118-118.
