Liberata wins contract with Luton Borough Council

Liberata has signed a contract with Luton Borough Council to provide Revenues and Benefits services to the council. This win, which will see Liberata provide an Overflow Contact Centre on behalf of the council, is another success as part of the company’s concerted sales campaign to win Transactional Services business.

Such a win has provided Liberata with excellent opportunity in order to showcase their offerings and widen its field of play. Liberata will become an integral part of the council’s strategy to transform its customer services providing.
