Liberata appoints Dermot Joyce as new Chief Executive Officer

Liberata Ltd, a leading supplier of business processing outsourcing services to Local and Central Government, is pleased to announce that Dermot Joyce will be joining the company as Chief Executive Officer on September 14th 2009.
With more than 20 years experience, Mr. Joyce is an accomplished leader with deep expertise of successfully growing businesses in the business processing outsourcing (“BPO”) and government services sectors. He is currently Chief Operating Officer of Serco Group’s Civil Government businesses, which encompass managed services operations across the Home Office, Ministry of Justice, Department of Health, Department of Work and Pensions and several national policing bodies. Prior to joining Serco in 2008, he was Executive Director of the Commercial Services Division of Capita Group, which included both private and public sector BPO operations.
Richard Webster, Chief Financial Officer of Liberata, has been interim Chief Executive Officer and will revert to his previous role on the arrival of Dermot Joyce.
