Liberata wins Innovation in Work Related Learning and Business Links Award
July 12, 2007
Liberata’s commitment to 'Investment in the Community' was highlighted on Tuesday after winning the Innovation in Work Related Learning and Business Links Award at Bromley Library.
The Work Related Learning Special Achievement Awards, hosted by Bromley Education Business Partnership, was an event highlighting how businesses such as Liberata, help youngsters increase their post-graduation employability, and transform their lives.
This was achieved thanks to Liberata’s highly successful National Student Programme, a scheme that offers paid work experience to young people from the local communities in which Liberata serves. Liberata was praised by the judges for offering a number of full-time positions to the students at the end of their work experience, and working in partnership with Bromley Collage to fully integrate them into the role.
